COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE

For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle service will transport registered participants to and from the Hyatt Regency where the conference will be held.  The shuttle schedule will be included in final participant instructions that will be mailed out 2 weeks prior to the conference and will be posted on the internet registration page. 

 

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is a Four-Diamond award-winning hotel, conveniently located near Dallas' historic and entertainment districts, sports and shopping venues. The hotel offers a range of dining options from the casual Centennial Cafe to the more sophisticated Five Sixty, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant.  The hotel also offers a 24-hour fitness center and business center.
  • Room Rate:  $189 single/double; a $10 per person, per night fee will be added for the third and fourth occupant in a room, maximum 4 persons.
  • Cut-off date: Reservations must be made on or before Friday, September 17, 2010.  After Friday, September 17, the $189 room rate is not guaranteed and rooms are subject to hotel's availability.

Call for Abstracts

Note: Abstract submission deadline is extended to July 15!

Submit abstract to Abstract Committee Chair, Susan Peterson, PhD, MPH at speterso@mdanderson.org.  Deadline for abstract submission is July 15, 2010.  Notifications will be sent to submitting author by August 9. 

Authors should pay close attention to the changes in formatting instructions. All abstracts submitted must be formatted according to the new guidelines.  Abstracts will be published by BioMed Central LTD in Hereditary Cancer in Clinical Practice.   

Complete Confirmation Form and submit with your abstract. The Confirmation Form confirms that authors agree to publish abstract and display first author's email address in printed text.  Author may request for the Abstract Committee to considered abstract for poster or podium, poster only, or podium only.
